Cancellation by Client: Consultations may be cancelled with full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before scheduled appointment. Workshops may be cancelled with full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before event date.
Cancellation by HearthsideNotes: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital guides and resources, all sales are final once accessed or downloaded.
